Plans are starting to firm up for Las Vegas.  Each of you need to take action on the three
items listed below.   

1)  I need to collect coaches fees for the Las Vegas trip from each of  the girls.  The current
estimate of the total cost to cover all of their expenses (airfare,
hotel, tax, coaching fees, per diem, etc) is $145 per athlete.  We have already paid out the
money for the airfares for each of the coaches.  To
simplify record keeping, we are asking that you pay the full estimated amount ($145) as
soon as you can.  Please make your check out to the Starlette Booster Club.  

2) We have decided to secure group tickets for the Cirque du Soleil "O"  performance at
the Bellagio at 7:30 p.m. On Thursday, June 12.

discounts offered for this show.  The advantage of  ordering them as a group is that we get
priority seat selection, and

The theatre layout

different locations of the three price classes.    We don't all have to buy tickets in the same
"class"  to order them as a group.  We just have to order a minimum of 12 total.  So if you
intend to join us at this group event, please respond to this  email and tell me how many
tickets you need and which class you want to  order.  Then I will need a check for the entire
amount no later than  next Wed, March 12.  We have to pay in full before the order can be
placed.  I will be placing the order on Thursday, March 13.   Again, make your check out to
the Starlette Booster Club.   (Please write a separate check for this.)   

3) The hotel rooms will be blocked under the name of "Starlette Booster Club" at the
Embassy Suites by Monday or Tuesday of next week.  Each of you must call them  directly,
secure the type of hotel room that you told me last week, and  give them your credit card
information to hold the room.  Listed below is  the list which I provided to them to secure the
rooms/room types.  For those of you that have two rooms, be sure to ask them to make
them adjoining if that is what you want.   Their direct phone number is 1-702-893-8000.

This email also serves as the reminder that we have a Booster Club meeting next week.
